Keto tortilla potato recipe

For 4-6 people
Preparation: 35 minutes

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons grated mozzarella
1 cup almond flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon hot powdered paprika
to taste the black pepper

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place the baking paper in the baking tray.
  3. Melt the mozzarella, then add the almond flour, garlic powder, chilli powder and pepper to taste. Complete until the ingredients are combined.
  4. Then transfer the dough to the work surface and place with your hands. The dough should be smooth and firm.
  5. Place the dough between the two sheets in the oven and toss with the round.
  6. Cut triangles with a knife or pizza cutter.
  7. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 12-14 minutes, that is, until golden brown and hardened.

Serve with your favorite sauce. Our suggestion is keto bechamel sauce with garlic.

Ingredients:

7 tablespoons cream cheese
cup of sour cream
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
half a tablespoon of pepper
spoon of garlic powder

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients until you get a dense mixture.
