
A quick vegan gluten-free chocolate cake is so sweet and creamy that everyone will love it.
As we are accustomed to, vegan cuisine is monotonous and tasteless. Just as there are a few salty foods that we enjoy, there are a lot of delicious foods that are very tasty, even though they do not contain food of animal origin. And today we decided on a very easy and quick chocolate cake, and the taste is wonderful.
A quick vegan gluten-free chocolate cake
Ingredients:

3 cups almond flour
2 cups washed and soaked dates
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon lemon juice
a pinch of salt
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/8 tablespoon black pepper
Top:
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup cocoa powder
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Preparation:
- Put all the baking ingredients in the blender and mix until you get a thick, cohesive mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a round baking sheet and distribute evenly. Leave in the fridge until the top is cooked through.
- Pour all the ingredients into a glass bowl and mix well with a fork.
- Take the pastry out of the fridge and spread the chocolate sauce evenly. Finally, you can add fruit, chocolate chips or other additives to taste.
- Return to the refrigerator and leave for at least two hours.
- You can serve vanilla cake with vegan ice cream, whipped cream with vegan or seasonal fruit.
