Who says milk should be creamy, boiled in a pot and not baked in the oven? We found this recipe that makes us happy. And delicious, crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, this milk is a real winter sweet that all family members will enjoy. Baked apple milk


200 g peeled and chopped apples
1/4 cup butter at room temperature
1 cup crystal sugar
1 egg at room temperature
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon ground grain
a pinch of salt


2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
2. Wash, peel and chop the apples. Set it aside.
3. Mix cinnamon and topping sugar and leave.
4. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl to prepare the milk (flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, ginger)
5. In another bowl with a blender, whisk together the butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Add the dried ingredients and mix until combined.
6. Then add the chopped apples and mix everything well.
7. Cover the pan with butter and pour in the mixture.
8. When the mixture is evenly distributed, sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
9. Bake for about 30-35 minutes until the crust is covered.
10. Remove from oven.
11. The outside should be crisp and the inside should be soft.
12. Serve with whipped cream, caramel cream or sweet and sour cream as desired.
