One of the most common problems in teens, but often in adults, is pimples and acne. People turn to the dermatologist, and a dermatologist always asks the question, “How do you eat?”
Our skin says so much more than we can imagine about our lives.
In the fight against the brain, it is necessary to find the cause – due to diet, inadequate facial skin care, hormonal or for some other reason.
What does the diet for acne and pimples mean?
The anti-acne and pimple diet involves reducing the intake of certain foods in the diet and increasing the intake of various vitamins and minerals that help reduce skin oily and prevent the formation of acne and pimples. It is necessary to reduce the intake of spicy, fried and fatty foods, then take in too many trans fats and industrial sweets. Not recommended: mayonnaise, ketchup, various snacks, fast and fatty foods, bakery cakes, carbonated drinks …
Fruits and vegetables – all 🙂
Whole grains: Rice, grain, oats, barley, rye, quinoa, millet, oats.
Meat – lean meat: Chicken, turkey, then beef. It is recommended to eat eggs, fish and seafood. It is recommended to take cold-pressed olive oil, nuts, seeds.
Dairy products: Dairy is often a problem, but it is very important to approach the reduction / elimination of this food group individually and selectively and with the help of a nutritionist at best.
Drinks: Water, tea, lemonade, fresh juice.
It is important to be persistent, to combine nutrition with proper care, both at home and with a dermatologist.
