This year festival creations of young women Femix Festival will take place from 15 to 17 April at KC Grad, Parobrod in the UK and the Film Gallery at the Belgrade Cultural Center.
Last year’s edition of the festival drew more than 100 participants from authors from various arts, cultural and creative industries in the country and region. This year, the festival’s organizing team aims to explore changes, news and achievements in the unified advocacy for gender equality in the domestic cultural scene, as well as new challenges, new forms of discrimination and sexism, and new and current ways. examples of the struggle for gender equality and activism: music, film, theater, comics, street art, and the general artistic and cultural scene in Serbia and the region.
The festival program will run live from 15 to 17 April 2022 at KC Grad, Parobrod in the UK and the Film Gallery of the Belgrade Cultural Center, with some of the content to be broadcast on social media.
U On Friday, April 15, the opening of the festival is scheduled for 6:00 pm at KC Grad, and members of the collective will take the floor. Femix. Afterwards, from 6:30 pm, there will be a group discussion with domestic activists and art scene actors, arts students and other schools and faculties about opportunities to support all young women and cultural workers. and the art of various forms of discrimination and harassment. DJ Sisters (Marija Nikolić) will be in charge of socializing and the atmosphere after the formal part of the first evening of the festival.
On both days of the weekend, April 16th and 17th, KC Grad viewers can expect a varied program: a panel on women across the street, a preliminary presentation of the results of the research. Gender Equality for Cultural Diversity With the support of the UNESCO International Fund for Cultural Diversity, the film program includes a workshop with playwright Tanja Šljivar and a guided interview with visual artist Andrijana Vešović (Zombie).

On Saturday night, April 16, at 8pm, Parobrod is set in the UK for an excellent music program, which will feature participants from last year’s edition. Femixet – Mother Mara, Sanja Stevanov, Realma and Jasmina Todorović.
U A collective comic exhibition will open on Sunday, April 17, at 7:30 p.m., at the Belgrade Cultural Center. Bring your time. In this exhibition, the audience will be able to see the works of Danica Jevđović, Jane Adamović, Dragana Radanović and Ana Milojković.
