We can prepare potatoes in many ways. And those who enjoy this vegetable certainly have a problem deciding which potato dish they like best.

Today we decided on a variant of stuffed potatoes with broccoli and butter. Try this recipe today!

Baked stuffed potatoes

Ingredients

4 larger potatoes
2 tablespoons butter
1 small onion, chopped
1 packet of frozen broccoli
teaspoon olive oil
2 tablespoons dried parsley
so pepper
soy sauce

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and pierce the skin with a fork.
3. Place the mashed potatoes in the microwave at the highest temperature and bake for 12 minutes. If you do not have a microwave oven, leave it in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
4. After that, put another 15 potatoes in the oven.
5. Remove from the oven and cut in half when cooled.
6. Remove the middle of each half with a spoon, making sure the crust remains intact.
8. Grind half of the potato with a fork.
7. Heat the butter in a pan, add the onion and fry. Then add the broccoli and mashed potatoes and fry, stirring, until all the ingredients are combined. Season to taste.
8. Place the mixture in half of the potatoes.
9. Place the potatoes on a parchment-lined baking tray.
10. Sprinkle with olive oil, soy sauce and parsley.
11. Bake in a preheated oven for another 15 minutes until the golden crust of hope is captured.
12. Serve warm, with a main course or as an extra meal.
