The raw cake with orange and chocolate is a sweet vegan cake because it’s easy to make and the taste is unbearable.

What we like most about raw cakes is that they are very easy to prepare, have healthy ingredients and, as the name suggests, are not baked.

Luckily, we can find a lot of recipes for making raw cakes and biscuits today, and the flavor combinations seem endless to us. Today we decided to always combine the combination of chocolate and orange. Somehow, it smells like our holiday!

Raw cake with orange and chocolate


2 tablespoons coconut oil
225 g of raw almonds
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
6 datil busti

Soak 280 g cashews (soak for at least three hours in water, then rinse)

300 g tofu
110 g coconut oil
Two orange juice and pulp
a cup of whole coconut milk


55 g coconut oil
2 tablespoons coconut sugar
25 g cocoa powder
a pinch of salt

  1. Put all the ingredients of the crust in the blender and mix until you get a fine and thick mixture.
  2. Pour the mixture into a round tray previously covered with baking paper. Spread the mixture evenly on the oven tray and wrinkle with your fingers.
  3. Cool.
  4. Put all the filling ingredients in the blender and mix for about five minutes until you get a creamy texture.
  5. Pour the mixture into the crust and return to the refrigerator. Let set for two hours.
  6. Add the coconut oil and coconut sugar to the pan and heat over low heat. Move all the time. When the sugar has dissolved, add the cocoa and a pinch of salt and continue mixing. Do not raise the temperature so that the top does not burn.
  7. Pour the cooled top over the cake and place in the fridge. The decoration should be set in 20 minutes.
  8. You can decorate it with a slice of orange cake.
  9. Cut with a warm knife.
