We all have times when we feel like eating something sweet, and that’s fine. And in these situations, we should try to choose something that is nutritionally rich, so I am writing you a variety of recipes for healthier desserts.

My favorite recipes for healthy desserts

1. Greek yogurt + berry + honey or stevia

2. Chia milk

In 150 ml of milk add 30 g of chia seeds, a little cinnamon and a teaspoon of honey or stevia. You can add cocoa if desired. Shake and refrigerate for a few hours.
Before serving, add the desired fruits and nuts

3. Buckwheat cake with berries and dark chocolate

Necessary: Buckwheat peel, berry, honey or stevia, dark chocolate, a teaspoon of coconut oil, a little acidic water.
Preparation: Boil the fruit in a little water, and when removed from the heat, add stevia or honey and fill the pre-sprayed skin with a mixture of a little acidic water and oil. Place two or three cubes of dark chocolate on top of the filling, then roll in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.

4. Homemade ice cream

Necessary: 1 frozen banana, a cup of berries, 2-3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt, a tablespoon of honey or stevia.
Preparation: Beat everything in a blender. It’s already cold, but if you want, you can freeze it for an hour or two.

He graduated from the Medical School of Vocational Studies in Belgrade and then took part in a course organized by the Vojvodina Leisure and Fitness Association and obtained a certificate as a nutrition and supplement nutrition and fitness consultant.
