The perfect holiday table is very quick, easy and delicious!

Drunk tent

Drinking tents, we think, is essential for the holiday, especially during Lent.

As the sparrows of the horn already know, fish is a very healthy food and should be eaten at least once a week. However, most of us remember this meat only on holiday, and most of the time on Christmas Eve.

Following the tradition, or if you want to try the tent like this, we present you the recipe for the famous drunk tent.

Drunk tent

Ingredients (for 5-6 people):

A larger washed tent
2 onions
2 lemons
5-6 cloves of garlic
4-5 carrots
400 ml of white wine
1 kg of potatoes
with pepper, olive oil

Try it and … Bake the tent in the oven


  1. Place a layer of aluminum foil on the baking tray and place the fish on top.
  2. Chop the carrot, onion and garlic and pour the vegetables into a bowl.
  3. Add the olive oil and squeeze the lemon juice.
  4. Then add the white wine to the olive oil and lemon mixture.
  5. Enjoy with salt and pepper and mix everything well.
  6. Fill the fish with chopped vegetables and pour in the olive oil and white wine mixture.
  7. Add the chopped potatoes around the fish.
  8. Cut the fish in several places and add a slice of lemon in those places to make it smell better.
  9. Let the fish marinate in the oven until heated to 250 degrees.
  10. Bake for 60 to 70 minutes, depending on the size of the fish. Larger fish cook longer.
  11. Remove from the oven and separate the potatoes from the fish. Season the potatoes with the primrose leaves.
  12. Serve warm.
